The staff at the hotel are incredibly caring and attentive, providing friendly service. the location is absolutely perfect, situated in a vibrant student accommodation area with easy access to a shopping area and supermarket. it is just a short 10-minute drive from a lovely public park.

Decent location and overall the staff was incredibly kind and outstandingly accommodating. English breakfast with different options and all the food was outstanding.

Some people working there were rather noisy.

We found the staff very welcoming, we enjoyed our stay even when it was only one night, we both agreed we would stay again, the room was small but again for one night it was fine, we were also surprised how quiet it was when we were on the frount of hotel.

This place is clean and functional, with friendly staff at the reception desk and restaurant, and its location is fantastic, just next to Newcastle.

The room was neat, sumptuous and the bed was comfy. It had central location close to St Hilda.

The Italian restaurant whihc was part of the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, the best pizza I've had in many years and very resonably priced too.

Although the reception area was quite modern, the actual bedroom was rather dated and the lighting so poor that it was difficult even to read a book but still very good value for money

The rooms are clean, modern, offer great value, and come with an excellent breakfast, all in a fantastic location.

Its has a lovely restaurant and the street it is in has lots of great bars. Great location the room was very big and clean and the staff were very friendly as were the people we met in some of the bars this is the 2nd time we have stayed there

The staff were helpful , the italian restaurant , and proximity to newcastle jesmond and centre.

The rooms are spacious and updated with convenient amenities like a mini refrigerator, hair dryer, and iron. the staff is very understanding and helpful. - the hotel offers excellent services and great value for the price. - Convenient parking is available behind the hotel.

The way the hotel flows into scalinis restaurant and the location of the hotel is excellent - breakfast was also first class

Location was good.

Because we stayed Friday and Saturday nights, and we had a room at the front of the Hotel, it was rather noisy from the parties downstairs. Also, the rooms were very hot so we had to leave the window open.

The room is spacious and well-lit, breakfast is tasty and affordable, there are helpful amenities like an iron and coffee, fantastic location close to nightlife and lively surroundings.

The location was ideal and although it was a lively area our room was quiet. There were two good restaurants and two bars, we ate at Louie's and the meal was excellent. the Reception staff were very helpful.

The hotel was in a good location a bit lively if you like that kind of thing but would not stop us returning. The food was really good the service was good and the staff were very helpful.
